Return & Refund Policy

At Leaf Parcel Pte Ltd, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. However, if there are issues with your order, we have outlined our return and refund policies below.

Returns

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • If the wrong product was sent.
  • If the product is received damaged during shipping.

Please note that order cancellation is not possible once your order status shows as “Processed” or “Shipped”. All items are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Once approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and supporting photos (if applicable). We will guide you through the return process.

Important Notes

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless damaged during delivery.
  • Please ensure returned items are securely packaged.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected.
